SpeechPolish Terms of Use

Please read these terms before using SpeechPolish. Using the app means you accept them.

1. Service Description

SpeechPolish is an AI-powered speech preparation tool. It helps you write structured speech drafts, rehearse with on-device recording, receive a 5-axis DNA score, and rewrite weak spots — all to help you nail the speeches that matter: wedding toasts, eulogies, business pitches, graduation speeches, and more.

2. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated drafts, rewrite suggestions, and scores are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and personalizing AI-generated content before delivery — the words you say should be ones you’ve chosen and stand behind. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI output.

3. Recording Use

• You may only record audio you are authorized to record (e.g., your own rehearsal);
• Do not record other people’s conversations or any unauthorized audio;
• Recording files are stored locally on your device; you are responsible for their contents.

4. User Conduct

You may not use SpeechPolish to:

• Generate unlawful, discriminatory, harassing, or infringing content;
• Impersonate any person or brand;
• Circumvent quota limits or subscription restrictions;
• Abuse the AI service through automated or bulk requests.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Pro subscriptions auto-renew and are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. To cancel: iOS — Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android — Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation. Refunds follow Apple’s and Google’s respective policies.

7-day free trial: New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. The subscription begins billing automatically at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

6. Intellectual Property

Within compliant use, AI-generated speech content you create belongs to you. The SpeechPolish app interface, brand assets, icons, Occasion DNA library, and underlying technology belong to the SpeechPolish developer and may not be copied or used commercially without authorization.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you detect unauthorized access, contact support@sanva.tk immediately.

8. Service Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. Material changes (affecting core features or pricing) will be communicated via in-app notice in advance.

9. Disclaimer

SpeechPolish is provided “as is”. We make no warranty regarding uninterrupted operation, AI output quality, or transcription accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, AI content quality, or transcription errors.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved by negotiation first; unresolved disputes will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
